Budgeting.

 When creating an advertisement there are a range of qualities that have to been acknowledge in order for the advert to be successful appearing for the audience watching. To begin to create a successful advertisement I must begin to plan the advert itself, such as what the advert will consist of, deciding what experiment is need, cost of hiring filming experiment and certain amount of space needed for advert. Also in order for the advert to be successful and appealing characters/actors may be required, so I may need to hire actors for my advertisement.

So for creating my advertisement I must consider when researching the cost are:
- Hiring the equipment. For example camera and tripod.
- The price of hiring locations needed for filming.
- Hiring actors/actresses.
- Also editing software which is required in order to create a professional advertisement. (I will edit my advertisement using, 'Apple Mac computers'.

This shows my analysing these following qualities then leads me to create a rough plan of how much money is needed for my advert and the budget for creating the advertisement itself.


I began my research into looking into the cost of hiring a camera. I search online for various different brands and different types of cameras; this is so I have a wide range of choice of filming experiment to create my advertisement for.



Here I have began researching into prices of cameras. This is so I am aware of what is the best price for an effective camera that I will use for filming my advisement.























 Here I have found this, 'Nikon D700' carmea that I may use for my filming my advert, this carmea is efficient and capturexs images and videos at high quality, as well as this carmea is for a fair price considering the quality of the images and videos it captures.




Here I have began research into tripods that I purchase in order to film my adivertment successful without the carmea moving when not wished so.

Here I found this tripod that I will use for my filming my advertisement, I may use this tripod as it is selling for a fair price as well as being able to use easily and quickly. I have decided to use a tripod that I will be able to use for a fair price, this is so I can purchase this product without going over the limit of my budget.

 

I then began research into what software I may decided to use for editing my advertisement together. It is important to find some form of editing software in order to create a professional and efficient advertisement.

 

For editing my advert I have decided to use an, 'Apple' computer, this is because the editing software used for this type of product is quick and easy to use, this then leads to the advert being completed shorter then expected so. From my research into what time Apple product I should use for editing my advertisement together I have decided that I will purchase the, 'IMac', this is because this product is one of the cheapest computers available, this is because this product is £49 per week. Therefore this shows this Apple computer will be the best computer to use for editing my advert together this because of it's cheap price and this product is known to be efficient for editing footage together.

 

 Here I have discovered a list of prices of days/areas I will be able to edit my advert together. This information supplies a list of prices and locations that will help me be aware of when I can edit my edit altogether; this is so I can create a successful and appealing advertisement.

Also I then found prices that it costs to hire actors, that I may wish to use for my advisement. This information is required so I have a better understanding of my budgeting and to hire the best actors for a fair price, this is so I can film an appealing and professional advertisement using professional actors.

As well as here is information about the cost and fees of hiring actors, this information is required so I am aware of how much it may cost to hire actor/s that I may wish to use for my advisement.

Also here is a wide range of information of cost of locations, this information is valuable and required so I can create an appealing and efficient advisement. This is because if I use location/s that link to the storyline and meaning behind the advertisement then the audience will then be able to relate to the storyline of the advertisement better, this then leads to the audience enjoy watching the advert then leading to the advert to help others in need.

I then completed the research I need to be aware of for planning to film my advertisement I then had to decided how I would calculate the prices of each product, location and actors I will be using/purchasing to use for my advertisement. This calculation is required in order to understand the budget for filming my advert and so I did not spend over the given amount of the budget. So in order for myself not to go over the budget price I must search for products, locations and actors for the lowest price possible, (this is so I did not go over my budget then making my advert cheaper and easier to create). Therefore from calculating all the prices of all my products, locations and actors, I have discovered that my budget is around £1,000, this total price was created by all the products, locations and actors I will be purchasing and using for my advertisement.
