Here is the risk assessment that we will use for creating our music video, 'Unknown'. This is important as it will help myself, (Clare O'Mara) and Khrystlyn Wilson be aware of what may be a hazard and become a risk to not only ourselves but what might be others at risking for when we film our music video. Therefore this risk assessment will help us to create a successful and safe music video
